Mondays

Wednesdays
8:30pm - Chill (think deep release and inner stillness) Immerse yourself in a tranquil, candlelit Yin Yoga inspired session designed to harmonize body and mind. With ample props to support your practice, you’ll have the freedom to either sink deeply into stillness or explore gentle movements within each pose, honoring your body’s unique needs. Ending with an extended savasana, allowing profound relaxation to envelop you. This serene practice offers a sanctuary from daily stress, promoting flexibility and inner peace.

5:30pm - Flow (think opportunities for personalized practice and reflection) Experience a unique and adaptable yoga flow easily tailored to your individual needs. Offering a variety of modifications and the use of props, this class promotes accessibility for all participants. Interwoven moments of reflection allow for introspection, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body. This inclusive practice promotes strength, flexibility, and self-awareness. You will be continually encouraged to listen to your body, go at your own pace & take what you need from this practice.
